Mid Autumn Festival

Today is Mid Autumn Festival.

Today I will have dinner with my family.And I will watch the moon in my home. Today's sky is blue, I think I can watch the moon.

Squirrel

This is a squirrel from Hyde park, London. Is it very cute??? I think it is.

When I saw that squirrel, it was eating a nut. Then, it saw me. It first moved slowly but suddenly ran towards me quickly. I thought it was a bit afraid of me.

At last, it found that (I thought) I had nothing to feed it, so it ran away.

The other day, I saw a small squirrel on the roof of the car park of my aunt's house. I called the squirrel by making "zezeze, zezeze" sounds. The squirrel jumped on my shoe!!! I touched its head, and it didn't ran away!!! This made me very happy!!! Suddenly, I heard the sound of another squirrel (I thought it was the small squirrel's mum, because it was much bigger.) I think it said to the small squirrel, "Hey!!! Come back!!! He will catch you!!!". The little squirrel ran away.

I think that the squirrel is the "cutest" animal in the world.

Red Packets

I have received fifty red packets in this Chinese New Year. All of the red packets were from my relatives.

Red packet is a Chinese traditional thing. There are money in the red packets. All the Chinese children can receive red packets from adults who are maried.

I don't mind to say many times of "Kung hei fat choi!" to my relatives, because I can receive red packets from them.

I wish I can receive more than $1000 Hong Kong dollars this year.

Thermometer

This is a thermometer I bought from Japan. It is called "Galileo's thermometer". This type of thermometer was invented by Galileo.

If the temperature changes, the small colour balls in the thermometer will go up or down. Each ball has a number on it - 18C, 21 C, 24C, 27C and 30C.

When I took this photo, the temperature was about 24C.

"Sense Of Taste"

Do you think that the name of this sweet is very strange?

This sweet isn't sweet when you taste it in the first thirty seconds, after that it becomes sweet. Can you see the wording on the top right hand corner? 900 means very sour. The lowest one is 500; the highest is 1500.

I bought this sweet from my school's snack counter. It costs $7.5. Its flavor is cola. It has other flavors, like lemon and grape.

I think if you try this sweet you will like it.

Mini Water Melon

This is a mini water melon. My mum bought it from the supermarket. You can see that water melon is very small.

The weight of this water melon is 1.5 kg, it costs less than $10.The supermarket says its flesh is yellow.

The water melon is small because the farmer put the water melon in a box so that it can't grow up like a normal water melon.

I think the water melon should be very tasty.

A Present From My Mum

My mum gave me this present yesterday. It is a model of a cartoon figure. My mum gave me a present because I obtained good results in my examination. The best subjects are Geography and English. I got over 80 marks in Geography. It is the highest mark in my class.

I hope I can build the model like the one on the cover of the box.

I am very happy and I hope I can get better results in the next examination.

The Shell

This is a shell which I took back from Xiamen.The shell is very big.I got it from a restaurant.If I make a hole on the top of it ,I can blow it like a whistle.Maybe someday I'll make a hole on it, then I can blow a song.
